As c\\u00e9lulas tronco pluripotentes s\\u00e3o do tipo CD 34, positivando a rea\\u00e7\\u00e3o com os anticorpos monoclonais, e desta forma reconhecidas citologicamente. As c\\u00e9lulas tronco pluripotentes s\\u00e3o as primeiras c\\u00e9lulas que d\\u00e3o origem \\u00e0s c\\u00e9lulas tronco linf\\u00f3ide, aos precursores das c\\u00e9lulas NK, e aos blastos miel\\u00f3ides conhecidos como unidade formadora de blastos miel\\u00f3ides. A foto de microscopia eletr\\u00f4nica de varredura mostra dois macr\\u00f3fagos (Ma) fagocitando dois eritr\\u00f3citos (Er) no SRE do ba\\u00e7o. A fagocitose pode ser total ou parcial. Quando \\u00e9 total, ocorre a morte do eritr\\u00f3cito, e quando \\u00e9 parcial o eritr\\u00f3cito retorna \\u00e0 circula\\u00e7\\u00e3o sangu\\u00ednea com muitas deforma\\u00e7\\u00f5es. As globinas alfa causam grande deforma\\u00e7\\u00f5es nos eritr\\u00f3citos que se caracterizam por proje\\u00e7\\u00f5es e esp\\u00edculas. Por outro lado h\\u00e1 a forma heredit\\u00e1ria, sem nenhuma sintomatologia. O presente caso \\u00e9 de hiperleucocitose devido a eosinofilia na crian\\u00e7a, sem causa esclarecida.
